About this contract
Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust currently has a requirement for Facilities Management software to be supplied, implemented and supported. The key drivers for this project are to establish a framework for asset management, statutory and planned maintenance schedules to provide the trust with safeguards that effective mainteance is being carried to standard with a demonstrable audit trail. The system should support the trust in the effective management of estate by enabling maintenance engineers to undertake work efficiently and safely, through the introduction of mobile technology. In addition provide an asset database for managing the whole estate. The system also needs to have the ability to manangeand audit soft services such as housekeeping, portering and catering.
