About this contract

The service for NHS Redditch and Bromsgrove Clinical Commissioning Group will operate a specialist-led service offering triage and treatment of Ophthalmology conditions. Patients will be referred into the service from health professionals, typically the patient's own GP or Optometrist. See attachment for further details. Please note the following amendments to the opportunity originally published on 2nd July 2015. The 3 year contract period stated in the original publication of this notice is based on a contract period of 2 years plus the option to extend for a further 12 months. The deadline for submitting clarification questions has been extended from 12:00 on 24th July 2015 until 12:00 on Wednesday 29th July 2015. The deadline for submission of completed ITTs has been extended from 17:00 Tuesday 4th August 2015 until 13:00 Friday 7th August 2015.
