About this contract
Daventry District Council (DDC) has resolved to run an online community lottery for the benefit of local good causes. In order to achieve this outcome, it needs to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced External Lottery Manager (ELM) to set up the lottery and run it on a day to day basis. Contract length will be one year rolling with three moths notice either way. The contract to commence in the Autumn 2017
