About this contract

The Council is looking for an experienced and highly reputable partner that will provide a high quality service for a number of outdoor events throughout the years 2018, 2019 and 2020. The events are family fun days in parks around the Parish and in the Pedestrianised Town Centre. Access to funfair rides, staging and lighting and musical entertainment will be required in addition to event managaement. The contractor must have the flexibility, resources and experience to be in a position to provide other types of events as required; for example outdoor music or cinema events, sporting events etc. Applications should be sent in writing to the Town Clerk, Stanley Town Council, Civic Hall, Stanley DH9 0NA Additional information: Stanley Town Council is the local (First tier) Council for the Town of Stanley in County Durham and the surrounding villages. The Council has for several years provided a number of community events throughout the year and arranged these events itself through its own internal team. The Council has decided that it would be more effective to partner with a proessional events management company to deliver these events and improve them for the benefit of local residents/
