About this contract
NHS Digital wishes to engage external support to work with us to help develop our visual identity and tone of voice. This will involve defining and conceptualising our visual style (but not the logo) and tone of voice with the aim of strengthening our brand positioning to better articulate value to the healthcare sector, commercial partners and staff. Importantly defining the vital role it plays in the NHS organisational ecosystem. Challenges include: - Developing a brand that feels at the heart of the NHS but more reflective of a technology leader - Better reflecting the scale and challenge of work the organisation undertakes - Positioning the organisation as peers to technology leaders from commercial industry - Increasing the ability to attract and retain new talent - Enabling the organisation to communicate distinctly within the wider NHS ecosystem - Positioning NHS Digital as thought leaders able drive industry defining conversation.
