About this contract

Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) is seeking tenders, on behalf of Ashfield District Council (ADC) , The Contractor will undertake the servicing, maintenance, repairs, and periodic electrical checks required within ADC's managed communal housing schemes. The contractor will be tasked with the responsibility to ensure that the services delivered through the heating infrastructure and the electrical installation within these schemes are safe and operational for continued use.
