About this contract

- Cleaning services to the common areas - floors, walls, surfaces and common areas of C&C schemes that are the landlord's responsibility;-Annual deep cleans to supported housing blocks, all sheltered blocks except one and one general needs block (28 blocks in all);- Cleaning of bin stores, bins, communal kitchens, bathrooms and toilets;- Window cleaning of communal areas internally and externally and residents' windows externally.
