The aim of the strength and balance training service is to reduce the risk of falls, thereby improving health outcomes and reducing demands on health and social care services. The service specification is for Mid Essex (the area covered by the districts of Braintree, Chelmsford and Maldon) and initially for the period from April 2024 to the end of March 2025.
