About this contract

Fortis Living is in the market for a Principal Contractor for a proposed (subject to full planning) new office development for the Fortis Living Group. Alongside this new office, off Great Western Way, Worcester, there will be 3 light industrial units developed. Fortis is looking for a Principal Contractor who can clearly demonstrate relevant experience of a similar mixed development site and a clear experience and commitment to managing a wide supply chain. The plan is to start on-site (subject to planning approval received in June/July as excepted) in September 2017 for a 9 month development period. Further details can be found within the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and the Development Proposal Summary both attached this to this advert. The deadline for SQ returns is the 02/05/17.
