About this contract

The purpose of this service is to assess the English proficiency levels of students aged 12 to 18 years in a context where English is learnt and used as a foreign language. Interested suppliers must provide a reliable and validated placement or proficiency tool to determine a learner's current level of English proficiency. The tool must be accessible remotely on various devices, including cell phones, tablets, and computers. It will be used for a large group of adult students, who may require a step-by-step guide to complete the test.The selected supplier will sign a framework agreement that will serve as an overarching contract for the entire service, with a maximum duration of three years. Once the framework agreement is signed, the supplier and the British Council will execute call-off contracts based on the specific and actual business needs of the British Council.
