About this contract

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitable service provider to provide a Ground Maintenances and Communal Garden service to communal blocks of flats and open land in and around neighbourhoods within Norris Green, Croxteth & Fazakerley. The works will consist of Grass cutting, Maintenance of borders, Shrub Bed Maintenance, Dead heading, weeding borders, Herbicide Spraying, Litter collection and fly-tipping collection.
