About this contract

The Employer is seeking to select, by a competitive tendering process, specialist(s) to deliver its Cleaning service (The Service). (3 x LOTS – North, South & West). The contractor is invited to tender for One Lot, Two Lots or All Three Lots The chosen contractor(s) will be awarded a contract of 12 Months per LOT, commencing from w/c 4th January 2016 The Cleaning services contract will be awarded on a group scheme/premises basis per LOT and for the duration of 12 months. The Service in the main will consist of: The provision of Cleaning to Westward properties, including some Sheltered and Supported Housing accommodation and offices.
