About this contract

Lyme Regis Town Council invites tenders for the provision of professional cleaning services across seven Council managed sites. The contract includes routine cleaning of office and welfare buildings, the Guildhall, and multi daily cleaning of two public toilet facilities at Marine Parade and Anning Road. These locations require consistently high standards of hygiene due to daily use, varied functions and their importance for staff wellbeing, visitor experience and public presentation. The successful contractor will be required to deliver services consistently across all specified locations, ensuring premises are clean, safe, hygienic and presentable for staff, residents and visitors. Performance will be reviewed on a quarterly basis through a formal KPI framework. KPI outcomes will be taken into account when considering any contract extension.
