About this contract

Following a strategic review of cleaning service provision, Cardiff University (via this tender exercise) is seeking to: Consolidate cleaning & day-time janitorial services contracts from nine contracts to two larger contracts (excluding Residences) Award a university wide Window Cleaning contract (including Residences) The required service is split into three lots as follows: Out of hours cleaning and day-time janitorial services Lot 1: South Campus (Academic, Research, Admin, Sport) Lot 2: North Campus (Academic, Research, Admin, Sport) Window Cleaning Lot 3: Whole Estate (Academic, Research, Admin, Sport, Residences)
