Civils and structural works in relation to the installation of a new vehicle washdown facility, including installation of new reinforced concrete slabs, foul and surface water drainage systems (connecting to existing), steel portal frame structure and single-skin cladding, steel column foundations and raised island. Excavation of existing reinforced slabs to allow for new falls, and installation of silt trap, interceptor, ACO drains and associated connections.
