About this contract

Civica APP Licences and support and Maintenance. This VEAT notification is for the licencing and support of the existing Bradford Council Civica APP. The Council are not looking to procure a replacement system, but just continue with licence and support of the system currently in place. Civica Ltd is the owner of the Intellectual Property rights (IPR) of the APP System software and is the sole provider of licences and support. Civica is therefore the only provider able to provide licences, maintenance and support of the software.
