About this contract

Works comprise the demolition and removal of the superstructure of groups of garages within Hull. This work will include asbestos removal and temporary fencing works. Slabs will generally be left in place. The works will be procured using an NEC4 Term Service Short Contract. The service over the first year comprises of 109 garages and regular meetings. The service will continue into year two and three with garages released for demolition as and when they are available. However, this is subject to adequate performance. The contractor is required to complete a schedule of rates which will form a 'Price List'. The price list will be used to form the price for each batch of demolitions.
