About this contract
Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint 1 to 3 suitably qualified and experienced contractors to under take Condensation Damp & Mould works as per the attached NHF Schedule of Rates descriptions and prelims. This will be carried out under a JCT minor works contract. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 40% Quality and 60% Price.
