For bidding companies to put forward proposals for a quality cleaning service for:Effective cover for staff absent that is not just covered by extended hours of site cleaners.Clearly defined cleaning hours that meet the routine of The School and that are adhered to by all staff (can be different for holiday periods)All on site supervision (working and non-working) to be fully priced and adhered to.Regular stock checks of materials, including review of suitability of products used.Regular inspection and maintenance/replacement of The Contractor's equipmentRegular training and development/motivation of staff and effective induction of new staffCleaning schedule to be provided before every holiday period with, who's working, their hours and what areas will be cleaned
