About this contract

The services provided shall be a comprehensive offer of online emotional support for 11-18 year olds in Cumbria. Information, advice and counselling on-line will be free, safe, confidential and non-stigmatising for Service Users. Promotion will be through schools and communities. Every person receiving a service will feel that they have someone to talk to and communicate with about difficulties in their life. These could include: parental discord; bereavement; anger and frustration; bullying; anxieties about school transition and exams; and gender related and relationship difficulties.
