About this contract

The required Service is the delivery of the Children and Young People's Cancer Patient Experience Survey on behalf of NHS England. This will include: - Supporting completion of survey approval and assurance processes - Collecting and preparing survey samples from NHS trusts (PTCs) - Designing, developing and managing all survey materials including website and online survey through engagement and cognitive testing - Support for survey recipients during fieldwork - Survey material printing - Postage (2nd class) - Collection of completed questionnaires - Data processing and analysis of responses - Design of reporting mechanisms and publication of results at national, PTC and Children's Cancer Network level Additional information: https://nhsengland.bravosolution.co.uk/esop/toolkit/opportunity/opportunityDetail.do?opportunityId=43177&oppList=CURRENT
