About this contract

Derbyshire County Council require that the SCRIM survey is performed on the A, B and C road networks and that at a future date it will be defined in terms of Network Hierarchy when this is available, 100% both ways on an annual basis. Derby City Council require that the SCRIM survey is performed on their Maintenance Hierarchies 1-4 network, 100% both ways on an annual basis. This contract is to perform these surveys over a two year period, with an option to extend for up to a further two years subject to satisfactory performance, funding and mutual agreement of both parties.
