About this contract
Crawley Borough Council (CBC), Horsham District Council (HDC), Mid Sussex District Council (MSDC) and Reigate & Banstead Borough Council (RBBC) are inviting tenders to undertake a Water Cycle Study to inform their emerging Local/District Plans. As part of this commission a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment will be required by CBC and HDC only, for the parts of their administrative areas that fall within the catchment of the Upper River Mole. The Councils are procuring this contract following an open local tender process. The duration of the Contracts are anticipated to be between four and five months. It is anticipated that the contracts will commence in late November 2019. The Councils intend to award the tender to one organisation, and each Council will be issuing its own Contract to the winning bidder.
