About this contract

Family Service Central Bedfordshire Council wishes to reconfigure the nine separate childrens Children's centres into five locality based 0-12 year old Family Services. The Family Service has been based on the locality footprint to align with the locality areas used by CBC Early Help services as well the NHS 0-19 Healthy Child Programme. It is also to facilitate close partnership working with very local organisations as well providing the opportunities to maximise local community capacity building and forming of close relationships that foster trust and engagement in local areas. Youth Service We wish to amalgamate the three currently separate Youth Service Contracts of Youth Work, Information, Advice and Guidance and Mentoring and Independent Visiting into one contract to cover the whole of Central Bedfordshire.
