About this contract

The Council requires the provision of a subsidised staff restaurant service at its main offices in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich. The requirement is for a hot and cold lunch time service, together with morning breakfast offering and afternoon snack service. All meals are prepared on site. A single confectionary vending machine is to be made available to staff. In addition, a hot and cold drinks vending service is required at Thorpe St Andrew together with a small hospitality service for internal Council meetings. Hot and cold drinks vending is also required at a secondary site in Norwich which operates as a Council training centre. This is located 5 miles away from the main offices.
