About this contract

Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association are seeking expressions of interest from suitably resourced, qualified and experienced contractors in order to implement a stair and communal window cleaning Contract to achieve the standard set out within the cleaning outcome criteria documents. Castle Rock Edinvar currently provide cleaning services to circa 515 stairs in the East Lothian, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Midlothian and West Lothian regions. The stock within these regions is owned and managed by CREHA and other PfP Group companies. The initial contract term will be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for two (2) further periods of one (1) year each.
