About this contract
East Lindsey District Council invites tenders for an on Premise hosted replacement of its case and document management system. The Council currently uses Idox client software called Acolaid as the Case Management System and the Idox Document Management System for the following Service Teams : Planning Planning Enforcement Environmental - Crime, Scrap Metal and Caravan Licensing Environmental Health Land Charges Housing Grants - Disabled Facilities Funding Housing Standards Building Control and Neighborhood Teams The Suppliers solution shall support up to 160 users who will undertake a wide range of case management activities and the solution shall be capable of supporting across all Service Areas
