About this contract
The Housing Ombudsman is seeking to secure short term services from a Business Process Outsourcing supplier who is able to provide succinct and accurate documentary case history analysis on housing complaint cases brought to the Ombudsman by a tenant of a member landlord. The supplier would be required to produce a case history synopsis of individual housing complaints which then forms the basis for the Ombudsman to determine what ,if any redress, the Landlord needs to take with the tenant . This opportunity has arisen due a current backlog of cases within the Ombudsman's remit. In provisioning these services, we are seeking to work with suppliers who have previously provided complaint investigate services to Ombudsmen or the Regulatory Sector. Attachments are made available with this notice which provide greater detail on the requirement and how to apply.
