About this contract

Forward Swindon Limited, on behalf of Swindon Borough Council (SBC), wishes to submit to tender to procure an operator to manage the property known as 'Unit 3 and Unit 5 of the Swindon Carriage Works' for a 2 year period, to create an innovation centre for knowledge-based start-up and small companies that will foster a community of entrepreneurs.
