About this contract

Southend on Sea Borough Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the refurbishment of the carriage and wagon shed to provide a new internal layout which when complete will be a heritage centre. The contract will be awarded under a JCT Design & Build 2016 form of contract (with Designer's portion specified). Organisations will be required to demonstrate skill, knowledge and experience of delivering alternative uses to listed heritage buildings.
