About this contract

The overall aim of the Service is to provide Carers with a central, well-informed gateway to relevant information, advice and short-term support which will help prevent or delay their need for more intensive intervention, enabling them to continue caring, for as long as they are able and wish to do so, whilst leading independent lives. The service is primarily for carers supporting adults, who are ordinarily resident in the London Borough of Lewisham.
