About this contract

Middlesbrough Council is inviting tenders from experienced organizations to provide a Dementia Adviser Service for people with dementia and their carers and those suspected of having dementia and their carers. Applicants should be aware that on award of new contracts, it is possible that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 may apply and if so, the contracts of employment of those employees who are currently providing the service would transfer to the successful applicants. Applicants will need to take their own advice as to whether TUPE does apply to this contract. In the meantime, to assist applicants in preparing realistic submissions, information about the number and cost of employees currently providing the service will be available upon receipt of a signed confidentiality form
