About this contract

The services to be provided are for the provision of careers advice, employment choices and guidance activities for young people in Ryedale. Further information is contained within Section 2: The Specification. The work will promote positive careers advice and guidance for young people, particularly targeted at local employment and career opportunities. The Supplier will work with local education institutions, businesses and training providers to develop the skilled workforce relevant to the local Ryedale economy and to enable young people to understand the career opportunities and employment choices available to them. This will include employed and self-employed options. The Supplier will take into account any existing projects and on-going work in Ryedale's educational institutions, businesses and other organisations and be prepared to work in partnership with other organisations to provide a coordinated approach to related services for Ryedale educational institutes and their students.
