South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue (the Employer) aim to appoint a Multi-disciplined Contractor with the related skilled trades attributed to the work described. • Grounds work • Mechanical & Electrical • Plumbing and Drainage • White lining Project Objectives To overhaul the layout of the HQ car park space to improve usability by installing a new car park vehicle barrier and pedestrian barrier To make parking spaces more clear and easier to use with white lining To design and build a more secure storage area for bikes To design and execute necessary groundworks/cabling ready for the installation of 7 x EV charging points SYFR is invoking the right to employ economic operators whose registered office is located within the South Yorkshire region only (DN and S postcode areas).
