Cambridge City Council is seeking consultancy on: 1. Installation of steel structural support columns under high-level balconies that project from the building 2. Building up brickwork under corbel walls to low-level balconies 3. Helifix brickwork stitching to affected wall areas 4. New balcony drainage, including changing falls to floor area 5. Installation of an MMA resin based waterproof floor system 6. Alterations to high-level roof drainage - additional downpipes
