About this contract

The Authority is looking to procure a new Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System to support delivery of the Estates Services across West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Services respectively. The CAFM System will be a cloud based system and provide the following functionality as a minimum: Asset Management, Help Desk/Reactive Call Management, Planned Maintenance, Estates Management, Stock Control, Purchase Requisitioning, Finance, Contract Management, Health & Safety, and Project Management. Therefore, the Authority is approaching the market to procure a new solution that can support the dynamic management of the land, property and estate portfolio, reduce the administrative processes currently in place within the service, and improve the customer experience for users of the system both internally and externally. As a minimum, the Authority expects that any replacement proposal would enable the Authority to fully control and maintain the application/system without the need for constant referral to the supplier. The system should be up to date - and maintained as such - in line with modern technological requirements. It must be a thoroughly tested, reliable, robust system that is supportive of business requirements. Additional information: All information contained within the tender documents. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
