About this contract

Burnholme Community Hub and Library - The proposed works from part of an overall site redevelopment of the former Burnholme Community College which closed in 2014. Whilst most of the site is now vacant, existing tenant groups have been temporarily accommodated at the southern end of the site and the sports facility will remain in operation throughout the site redevelopment.
