The London Borough of Merton ("the Council") is inviting completed Selection Questionnaires from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide reactive and planned preventative building maintenance services to the council's operational buildings portfolio and schools. This is a two stage restricted tender process, with 6 LOTs as follows: Fabric Services; M&E Services; Air Conditioning Services; Legionella Services; Fire Services (alarms and extinguishers), and; Data Centre.
