About this contract

Brighton and Sussex University Hospital NHS trust is in the middle of a large redevelopment project and has identified a need to review how the Trust delivers retail services in the existing areas and how it should change with the 3T's building completing in December 2020. The trust would like to engage with a very experienced and competent consultancy who can assist in the development of a long term strategy to deliver the change and add both commercial and qualitative benefits. The final strategy will be it can be presented to our Trust board for approval with a view to implementing the strategy and running a compliant Procurement exercise.
