About this contract

Bromley CCG is seeking expressions of interest from organisations in providing an Integrated Diabetes Specialist Service across the borough under a Prime Provider model. The Integrated Diabetes Specialist Service is an innovative service which allows for specialist diabetes management to be delivered in the community and via Primary Care General Practice.
