About this contract

The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of BWF - Refurbishment Rochford and Martlesham blocks. This Invitation to Tender comprises the documents as listed in this ITT document and the Index Sheet ("Employer's Requirements") The contract period is anticipated to be Eighty (80) weeks and contract commencement is anticipated to be 13 January 2025 following six (8) weeks mobilisation and in accordance with the draft JCT Standard Building Contract Without Quantities 2026 and Conditions document set out in this tender pack.The form of contract will be the JCT Standard Building Contract Without Quantities 2016.
