About this contract

Traditional Contract for the sensitive repairs of the external envelope of the Grade II listed Hangar 16S at Filton Airfield in Bristol, South Gloucestershire. Works include the following items: - Repair of the existing gutters - Repairs to Belfast Trusses - Strip off existing roof covers and roof lights - New roof covering and associated safety access system - Repairs to Hangar doors and thermal upgrades - Demolition of boiler house - Removal of mezzanine floor - Repairs to all walls buttresses and chimneys - Removal of all partitions and existing fittings internally - Asbestos removal - Lead Paint removal. Tender invitees will be selected after the evaluation of the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire and supporting documents.
