About this contract

North Lincolnshire Council wishes to invite proposals for a Provider to lease and operate the new Bottesford and Yaddlethorpe Education and Visitor Centre & Café under a concession contract. The Facility is located in the Bottesford Parish, in Scunthorpe to the Centre of North Lincolnshire. The site is located on the Bottesford Beck midway on the walking route from Ashby Ville Nature Reserve and the Bottesford Beck, an area of public and agricultural green space consisting of a walkway adjacent to the Bottesford Beck. The surrounding area offers diverse land and townscapes; making it a great place for an afternoon out. Several other walking routes can also be taken from the Visitor Centre location.
