About this contract

An exciting new direction for the concessions located in the Bönningstedt area of Seaford seafront, offering the chance for businesses with a health and wellbeing focus to position themselves at the heart of Seaford's tranquil seafront. This health and wellbeing concession is offered as a footprint of land only (dimensions 7mx2.5m), along with access to a metered water supply. Alongside a beach sauna concession, neighbouring the Bönningstedt Beach Huts and welcome visitors and residents to experience the peaceful aspects of such a picturesque location. With residents and visitors all year-round including locals, ramblers, families, anglers and sport enthusiasts.
