About this contract

The project consists of removal of the existing 2no heat-only boilers and the installation of 2no new boilers with local pipework, ancillaries and flue system. A full description of the works is provided within the Specification of Works and the Contract Drawing. All works are to be undertaken over 3 weeks. The works have been designed by NPS Humber Ltd. The Contractor will be allowed to start work, subject to agreement with the client, based on the evaluation and acceptance of the Construction Phase Plan (CPP) and safe working practices. All works will be carried out in compliance with the Construction and Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.
