About this contract

Provide planned preventative maintenance and the reactive maintenance services to the estate. The tender is split into three lots: 1) Academic Boiler Maintenance 2) Residential Boiler Maintenance 3) Steam Boiler Maintenance Each lot is a three year contract with two optional 12 month extensions.
