About this contract
Royal Holloway, University of London (’the College’) is seeking expressions of interest from specialist contractors to refurbish the historic fabric and interiors within the Grade I Listed curtilage of the College's Victorian Central Boiler House Complex, to construct a new glulam timber-framed pavilion within its Courtyard, to carry out external works to improve its historic setting and access and to refurbish the first floor east wing of the International Building – all to BREEAM Very Good standard - at our campus in Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX). The works will create a new Café facility for the College in the Boiler House Complex, facilitating the creation of new academic office accommodation within the former Café Jules in the adjacent International Building. The timeframe for delivery is the summer break 2016 to be ready for the new academic year 2016/17.
