About this contract

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is seeking to appoint a Design Team to: (i) develop and deliver the project to redevelop and refurbish the Blakey Moor Terrace ( Nos. 11-27), in the centre of Blackburn (ii) with an option to support development of refurbishment and restoration schemes as required for private properties eligible for grant funding.
