About this contract

The Council is looking to award a Contract for the provision of Old Town Hall Plastering Package and invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide cost proposals for undertaking remedial plasterwork to walls and ceilings to The Old Town Hall Blackburn. The Works includes the removal, preparation and reinstatement of lime plaster as part of the refurbishment of the Town Hall. Blackburn Town Hall and Municipal Offices comprise a single Grade II Listed Building, which is a Designated Heritage Asset, located in the Northgate Conservation Area.
