About this contract

The National Lottery Community Fund wishes to procure services to undertake a programme of Discovery work. Discovery work is like action research and the services required are research, design, documentation, content creation and writing. This work will generate insights about community organisations, micro charities, associations and groups that make up a more informal layer of civil society activity, and to understand what role digital can have, if any, in helping them to thrive. The deliverables for the work will be a research methodology and framework, actionable insights and recommendations, ongoing documentation and sharing of the insights more widely. The insights will feed into the design of one of the Digital Fund's future programmes.
